After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application and prays for issuance of direction to the concerned Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of one month.

Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that only two witnesses are remained to be examined.

This application filed by the applicant for grant of regular bail under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn and the concerned trial Court is directed to conclude and decide the trial against this applicant preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order. In case the trial is not concluded within the stipulated time, the applicant shall have liberty to move to this Court.
