Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's husband died on account of electrocution for which the respondents No. 3 and 4 are liable to pay compensation to the petitioner in accordance with the decision laid down by Hon'ble Supreme Court in case of State of
Himanchal Pradesh and others v. Naval Kumar alias Rohit Kumar in Civil Appeal No. 1339 of 2017.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation before the respondents No. 3 and 4 along with the copy of the judgment who, in turn, shall consider and decide the petitioner's representation expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of representation along with the copy of the judgment. 4.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
