Agrawal Order On Board /0 9 /201 (1) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has made representation against the appointment of respondent No. 5 on the post of Anganbadi Assistant of Anganbadi Center, Chandrakhuri before the Collector, Mungeli, respondent No. 2 herein but the same has not been decided till now and, therefore, a direction may be issued to the resopndent No. 2 to decide the same expeditiously.

(2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.

(3) Accordingly, the Collector, Mungeli is directed to consider and decide the pending representation filed by the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in accordance with law. (4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
