The present is an application filed under Section 439 of CrPC seeking for grant of bail to the Applicant who is in jail since 8.4.2017 in connection with Crime No. 189/2017 registered at Police StationMahasamund, District- Mahasamund, for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 342, 376, 506 of IPC read with Section 4 of the POCSO Act. 2.
