1. Heard Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

2. If the uncle of the Petitioner was living with Respondent No.5 and the two had gone away together, we do not think a writ for habeas corpus will lie as it does not amount to illegal confinement. A missing person's report No.14 of 2015 has already been lodged by the Petitioner. The police therefore is already seized of the matter. No further directions are required.

3. The writ application is dismissed.
