1. Both the appeals i.e. Cr.A. No. 465 of 2020 and Cr.A. No. 532 of 2020 are arising out of the same judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 21.01.2020 passed by the Special Judge, (N.D.P.S. Act), North Bastar Kanker (C.G.) in Special (N.D.P.S.) Case No. 49/2018. Previously appeal i.e. Cr.A. No. 465 of 2020 was filed by the appellant through Chhattisgarh High Court Legal Services Committee, Bilaspur which has appointed Shri Alok Kumar Dewangan as his counsel whereas subsequent appeal i.e. 532 of

Cr.A. No. 465 of 2020 & Cr.A. No. 532 of 2020 2020 has been preferred by appellant through his counsel Shri T.K. Jha. Since two appeals against the same judgment of conviction and order of sentence are not maintainable, Shri Ganesh Burman, Advocate appearing on behalf of Shri T.K. Jha, counsel for the appellant, seeks to withdraw Cr.A. No. 532 of 2020.

2. Accordingly, Cr.A. No. 532 of 2020 is dismissed as withdrawn.

3. Heard Cr.A. No. 465 of 2020 on admission.

4. Admit.

5. Post the appeal i.e. Cr.A. No. 465 of 2020 for hearing on I.A. No. 1/2020, application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail to the appellant, after four weeks.

6. Record available in Cr.A. No. 532 of 2020 be retained and kept with Cr.A. No. 465 of 2020.
