Shri Manish Nigam, learned counsel appearing for the contemnors, would submit that affidavits have been filed in compliance of the order passed by this Court. He would also submit that FIR bearing Crime No.256/2016 has already been registered and the charge sheet has already been filed, therefore, the order passed by this Court stands substantially complied with.
