The counsel for the petitioner submits, that the order passed by this court has been acted upon in as much as the claim of the petitioner was duly considered, however the authorities have rejected the same. 2.

Considering the fact, that the authority concerned have considered and taken the decision this court is of the opinion, that nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present Contempt Petition. Reserving the rights of the petitioner to assail the order passed by the respondents in an appropriate fresh proceeding altogether.

The present Contempt Petition stands disposed off. The respondent stands discharged of contempt proceedings.
