Transfer order dated 14-08-2017 is under challenge in this petition on the ground of frequent transfer. This Court vide order dated 14-09-2017 directed the petitioner to place on record the earlier transfer order, by which, he was posted at Kansabel, which has not been placed on record. The petitioner has placed on record transfer order dated 30-07-2016, by which, he was earlier transferred. Impugned order in this case was passed on 14-08-2017, even after more than one year, which is not violative of transfer policy.

With the liberty to prefer representation on personal grounds, this petition is dismissed.
