Transfer order is under challenge on the ground that the petitioner has remained posted in the scheduled area eversince 2009 and when occasion arose for transfer, he has again been transferred to scheduled area, without considering his case for transfer to non-scheduled area, which was violation of Clause 2.1 of the State Government Circular dated 03-06-2015. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already

preferred representation raising his grievances. 4.

Let fresh representation be preferred by the petitioner along with a copy of this order within a period of 15 days from today before the respondent authority, thereafter, the same shall be considered and decided within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. For a period of six weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner. 5.
