Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 15/09/2017 The transfer order is under challenge on the ground that within a short period of eight months, the petitioner has been subjected to transfer which is against the transfer policy dated 11/07/2017. It is submitted that at the present place of posting, the petitioner has joined on 03/01/2017 and now, under the order of the State Government, he has again been transferred within a short period of eight months. 2.

It appears that the State Government has subjected the petitioner to transfer within a period of eight months. This matter requires consideration. The representation has already been made. Let the representation of the petitioner be considered and decided in the light of transfer policy within a period of four weeks. 3.

A copy of this order be submitted before the authority within two weeks.

For a period of six weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner. If the order of this Court is not submitted within a period of two weeks before the authority, interim protection shall lose its efficacy. 4.
