Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Order On Board 04/03/2016 Though this petition has been filed under Section 24 of the Code of civil Procedure for transferring case No. 80A/2014 (Mukesh Singh Vs. Smt. Kalpana Singh) from Family Court Janjgir to Family Court Korba. However counsel for the petitioner submits that purpose of filing this petition would be served if directed is issued to the Family Court, Janjgir to dispose of the pending case expeditiously. He submits that the case is pending before the court below since 16.06.2014.

Counsel for the respondent has no objection if any such direction is issued to the court below. He further submits that he will cooperate in the early disposal of the case and will not seek unnecessary adjournment. In the facts and circumstances of the case and the fair submissions made by the parties, the present petition is disposed of.
