The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No. 130/2015 registered in Police Station Bodla, District Kabirdham (C.G.) for offence punishable under section 419 & 420/34 of Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case on 4/01/2014 the applicant approached to the complainant and contended that he can provide job to the complainant and thereafter received an amount of Rs.3,50,000/- to get job in police department and subsequently on such assurance different amount was paid in installment.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has been falsely implicated in this case and actual amount was obtained on loan as per agreement and he relied on the agreement filed along with this petition wherein it is stated that loan of Rs.3,50,000/- was obtained, therefore, the applicant may be released on bail. 4.

On verification about the agreement learned State counsel submits

that agreement filed along with the petition was executed between the parties.

Taking into fact that charge sheet has been filed and contents of agreement, without any observation on the merit, this court is inclined to release the applicant on bail.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of concerned trial court for his regular appearance before it as and when directed. Certified copy as per rules.
