Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Hon'ble Shri Justice Inder Singh Uboweja Order On Board By Pritinker Diwaker, J 18/02/2016 Appellant and respondent are also present in the Court. With the consent of the parties, the matter is heard finally. Both the parties have agreed that twice a month on Saturday the respondent will have the visiting right to meet his minor son namely Kinshuk Kedia for 2-3 hours after 2.00 pm in the house of appellant. If the child is comfortable with the respondent, he may also take him for outing during this period.

It is expected from both the appellant and respondent to behave in decent manner and ensure the compliance of this order. Respondent

before visiting his minor child Kinshuk Kedia shall give pre-intimation to the appellant.
