1. Heard.
2. This is the second bail application. The first bail application was dismissed with liberty to revive the prayer at an appropriate stage on 03-03-2021 in MCRC No.9273/2020.
3. The applicant has preferred the bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.395/2020, registered at Police Station Urla, District Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 21 (B) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he has no instructions in the matter.
5. No other counsel is appearing to press the bail application.
