By this petition, only limited prayer is made that the petitioner has filed an application before the respondent No.2 for correction of his date of birth in the mark sheet of High School but it has not been considered that may be considered within a reasonable time.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 would submit that if the application of the petitioner is pending, it will be decided expeditiously within a reasonable time.

Considering the submission of the parties, it is directed that if the application of the petitioner is pending adjudication for correction of date of birth, the same may be considered and decided within a further period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
