Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this petition may be disposed off with a direction for consideration as directed by this Court vide order dated 14-12-2012 in WPS No.4900 of 2012 and batch of matters in case of similarly situated Watchman, Waterman, Peon etc.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner's claim shall be individually scrutinized by a committee comprising of respondent No.3 & respondent No.4 in accordance with instructions dated 07-03-2012 and if she is found fit, appropriate order, thereafter, for her continuance of service will be passed in accordance with law. The exercise shall be completed preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition stands disposed off, however with clarification that this Court has not commented upon merits as such.
