1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the respondent No. 5 under whom the petitioner presently is working as Deputy Forest Ranger has issued letters to the respondents No. 2 to 4 for providing necessary details to the petitioner while he was working under the respondent No. 2 to 4 at that relevant point of time

to which there is not much of a response from the Respondents No. 2 to 4. Requirement of these information is for the settlement of the retiral dues payable to the petitioner who is going to superannuate w.e.f. 30/06/2019.

2. Given the nature of dispute this Court does not intend to keep the writ petition pending rather ends of justice would meet if respondents No. 2 to 4 are directed to immediately provide all the necessary details which they are having so far as the petitioner is concerned and the information be forwarded to the respondent No. 5 at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioner to apprise the respondent No. 2 to 4 so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition accordingly stands disposed off.
