1. The petitioner has filed this petition aggrieved by transfer order dated 24.07.2017.

2. It is submitted that the petitioner had requested for transfer to a place where her husband is posted as Assistant Grade-III in Health Department but till date, that representation has not been considered.

3. As there exits policy of the State Government to consider the representation of posting husband wife together at the same place or at nearby place as far as possible and subject to administrative exigency, it is for the appointing authority to decide whether for the administrative exigency it is permissible to accommodate the petitioner at the same place where her husband is posted. Let the respondent No.4 consider and take decision on petitioner's representation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
