Proceeding Through Video Conferencing Hon'ble Shri Prashant Kumar Mishra, Ag CJ Order On Board /08/2021 :

1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.318/2020 registered in Police Station : Janjgir District Janjgir Champa for offence under Section 302/34 of the IPC.

2. The applicant along with co-accused has allegedly committed murder of deceased Vijay. The incident was witnessed by eyewitnesses.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that 7 witnesses have been examined during trial and they have not supported the case of the

MCRC No. 3784 of 2021 prosecution.

4. Admittedly, the bail application of co-accused has already been dismissed in MCRC No.8214/2020. In a case of murder, this Court would not appreciate the evidence at this stage.

5. Considering rejection of prayer for grant of bail to the co-accused by the coordinate Bench, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the Application is rejected.
