(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is duly appointed as Senior Auditor in the office of District Education Officer, Janjgir whereas, he has been posted at Sakti on the lower post. Against which, he has made a representation to the Secretary, School Education Department,

State of Chhattisgarh, Raipur on 16.11.2015 and District Education Officer, Janjgir-Champa has recommended his allocation to the Secretary, School Education Department, State of Chhattisgarh, Raipur. He further submits that he may be permitted to make a representation before the Secretary, School Education Department, Raipur.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) The petitioner is permitted to make a representation before the Secretary, School Education Department, Raipur. If such representation is made by the petitioner before the said authority. The concerned authority shall consider and decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

(5) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
