(1) Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have passed B. Pharma course from Gurukul Institute, Gariyaband, respondent No. 5 herein but the Pharmacy Council of India (for short "PCI") has not registered them as Pharmacist on the ground that respondent No. 5College is not registered with the PCI. He further submits that the application has also been filed by respondent No. 5-College to the PCI on 1.11. 2010 for registration of the students as Pharmacist but that has not been considered and decided till now and, therefore, a direction may be issued to the PCI to consider and decide the application filed by respondent No. 5 for registration of the students expeditiously.

(2) Be that as it may, respondent-1/ Pharmacy Council of India is directed to take decision on the application filed by respondent No. 5-College for registration of the students as Pharmacist expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (3) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
