Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the services dispute of employee of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited have been brought within the jurisdiction of Central Administrative Tribunal by issuance of notification under Section 14 of Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985. 2.
Statement is not disputed. Accordingly, this petition is not maintainable at the first instance before the High Court in view of the decision of the Supreme Court in the case of L. Chandra Kumar Vs. Union of India and Others, (1997) 3 SCC 261.
