Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the order of this Court came to be passed because of bonafide mistake made in making statement that the petitioner was relieved and joined at the new place whereas at that time when order was passed, the petitioner was not relieved. Considering the said submission, I am not inclined to sustain the direction which was issued earlier by this Court. The order dated 12.10.2017 passed in WPS No.5407 of 2017 is therefore required to be recalled and is hereby recalled and the earlier writ petition (WPS No.5407 of 2017) is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to pursue representation.
