This petition has been filed by the Petitioner as Respondent No.3Branch Manager, Seva Sahkari Samiti, who has not released the amount of Rs.1,53,344/- for purchasing paddy for the year 2013-2014 despite the oder passed by Respondent No.2/Collector, Bilaspur on 15.03.2021 (annexure P1) and has prayed for following reliefs:- 10.1 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a writ in the nature of certiorari or appropriate writ directing the respondent authorities, particularly the respondent No.3 Samiti to release payment Rs.1,53,344/- with interest @ 18% from the date of purchasing of paddy to the petitioner within stipulated time.

10.2 That, any other reliefs which this Hon'ble High Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case be also granted to the petitioner in the interest of justice.

At the outset, it appears that immediately after passing of the order dated 15.03.2021 (annexure P1), the Petitioner has approached the said authority while moving an application on 13.04.2021 (annexure P4) seeking issuance of direction against the said Samiti for the release of the said amount and, immediately thereafter, the instant petition has been filed while seeking the same relief.

In view of above, I am not inclined to entertain this petition. The petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs. Sd/- (Sanjay S. Agrawal) Vacation Judge Nikita
