1. The present is a second round of litigation. The petitioner for the same relief on an earlier occasion had filed WPS No. 566/2013. This Court had directed the matter of the petitioner to be scrutinised by the State Level High Powered Committee constituted for redressal of the grievance related to the pension and retiral dues.

2. According to the petitioner in respect of repeated approach to the Committee, grievance till date has not been finalized.

3. Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has raised and the fact that there was already a direction given by this Court , no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending rather ends of justice would meet if the petitioner is directed to approach the State Level High Powered Committee constituted for redressal of the grievance related to the pension and retiral dues supported with all relevant documents.

4. So far as the pension and other incidental reliefs are concerned, let the petitioner make a suitable representation in this regard to the respondent No. 1 who in turn shall refer the matter before the Committee concerned and Committee in turn shall thereafter scrutinise the case of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order deciding whether the petitioner is entitled for the benefits that she has sought for.

5. It is expected that Committee shall take a decision at the earliest preferably within a period of three months from the date respondent No. 1 makes the reference to the Committee.
