3. Senior Manager (Mining), Kurasiya Colliery, Chirmiri, District- Koria (Chhattisgarh).

Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the dispute raised in this petition is identical to those batch of cases in which common order has been passed by this Court on 30/10/2017.

Accordingly, the similar statement made by learned counsel for the respondent shall be applied in the present case also and, therefore, the present petition is disposed off with a clear direction that if the respondent/SECL intend to proceed in the departmental enquiry against the petitioner, then it shall issue a proper charge sheet along with list of documents and witnesses.
