Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order on Board 14/12/2015 1.

By way of these writ petitions, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they are Teacher and have passed Diploma in Teaching Course and they are entitled two advance increments in view of the law laid down in W.P. No.3977 of 2003 (Yashwant Kumar Bharadwaj Vs. Municipal Corporation, Durg & Another) and which has not been granted by the State Authority and therefore, they may be

permitted to make a representation to the said authority for grant of said increments.

2.

The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. 3.

The petitioners may make a fresh representation before respondent No.2-The District Education Officer, Raipur along with a copy of order passed in W.P No.3977 of 2003 (Yashwant Kumar Bharadwaj Vs.
