(1) Documents filed along with Covering Memo dated 07.12.2016 are taken on record.

(2) Counsel for the applicant submits that the rent has been revised with effect from 01.02.2011 to the extent of 25,500/- per month. ₹ (3) Counsel for the respondent submits that the matter has already been compromised between the parties and only agreement has to be executed between them.

(4) I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. (5) Since the matter has been compromised between the

parties, the present civil revision stands disposed of in terms of compromise entered into between the parties.

(6) With the aforesaid observations, the civil revision stands finally disposed of.
