(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that by the impugned order dated 07.11.2015 passed by respondent No.2-Divisional Forest Officer, Baloda Bazar, whereby the
petitioner has been attached to the office of Divisional Forest Office, Forest Division, Baloda Bazar and there is complete ban in attachment by circular dated 14.07.2014 & 04.06.2001. He further submits that the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation before the Divisional Forest Officer, Forest Division, Baloda Bazar.
(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
(4) The petitioner is permitted to make a representation along with circular dated 14.07.2014 & 04.06.2001 to the Divisional Forest Officer, Forest Division, Baloda Bazar. If such representation is made by the petitioner before the said authority and in turn, the concerned authority shall decide and consider the same on its own merit and in accordance with law preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
(5) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
