1. The grievance of the petitioner seems to be the non granting of the third time bound pay scale which the petitioner is entitled for on completion of 30 years of service.

2. According to the petitioner his initial date of appointment was in the year 1984 and as such he has completed 30 years of regular service. It is also the contention of the petitioner that he has also received first and second time bound pay scale in accordance with the circulars and policies of the State Government. The petitioner referring to the Annexure P-1 dated

25.01.2021 submits that in terms of the circular of the State Government he is also entitled for third time bound pay scale.

3. State counsel at this juncture submits that let the matter be disposed of and claim of the petitioner be decided in accordance with the circulars governing the field so far as granting of third time bound pay scale is concerned.

4. Given the submissions by the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition stands disposed of directing respondent no.2 to 5 to immediately process the claim of the petitioner so far as granting of third time bound pay scale to the petitioner is concerned on completion of 30 years of regular service in terms of the circular dated 25.01.2021 and other circulars governing the field.

5. Let appropriate decision and action be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. The decision by the respondents are expected after due scrutiny of the entitlement part is concerned.
