Hon'ble Shri Justice Pritinker Diwaker Order On Board 20/11/2017 In view of subsequent developments, Shri Sinha wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appropriate application before the respondent. He further submits that at least the respondent may be directed to allow the petitioner to join at his new place of posting and he be paid his dues.

Shri Verma, counsel for the respondent, submits that he has no objection to withdrawal of the contempt petition but he cannot assure on the part of the respondent as to what action would be taken in case of the petitioner.
