1. The above applicants have preferred these respective first bail applications under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as they are in jail since 13.04.2021 in connection with Crime No. 1131/2020 registered in Police Station Sarkanda, Bilaspur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 120-B/34, 406, 408 & 420 of IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the applicants seek to withdraw these bail applications with liberty to file a fresh application(s) if trial is not concluded within a period of nine months from today.

3. Accordingly, these bail applications are dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
