1. Learned counsel for the parties would jointly and fairly submit that the matter in issue raised in these writ petitions is covered by common order passed by this Court on 11.7.2016 in WPC No.1705/2016 (Rajkumari Panjawani Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Ors.) and other connected writ petitions.
2. In view of the statement made, the writ petitions are allowed in the same terms as mentioned in paras-11 & 12 of the order passed in the matter of Rajkumari Panjawani (referred to above).
