(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation for extension of contract period of service before the respondent No.4-Chief Executive Officer Janpad Panchayat Seetapur, District

Surguja, against the impugned order dated 24.08.2015. (3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) The petitioner is permitted to make a representation before the respondent No.4-Chief Executive Officer Janpad Panchayat Seetapur, District Surguja. If such representation is made by the petitioner before the said authority and in turn, the said authority shall consider and decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law preferably within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of representation.

(5) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
