2. This is the second bail application. The first bail application was dismissed on merits on 29-01-2021 in MCRC No.179/2021 and other connected matters.

3. The applicant has preferred the bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.232/2020, registered at Police Station Azad Chowk, Raipur, District Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 22(b), 29 & 27 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

4. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application.

5. Permission granted.

6. Accordingly, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
