1. In Writ Petition (Art.227) No. 6666 of 2008 this Court vide order dated 15.4.2013 had given certain directions to decide the case. It was only after the notice was issued in contempt petition that the Respondent has complied with the said order.

2. Since the order has been complied with by the Respondent, the contempt petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. However, the Respondent/Contemnor is directed to be careful in future and ensure that the orders of the Court are dealt with the urgency they require. The Petitioner is granted liberty to challenge the order now passed in an appropriate proceedings.
