In view of the fact that memo dated 06.4.2018 (AnnexureP/4) has already been withdrawn by respondents/Municipal Corporation, Raipur on 11.4.2018, this petition has rendered infructuous.

Even otherwise, against the fresh notice issued to the appellant, another writ petition has already been preferred wherein interim order has been passed in favour of the appellant. If any other ground for challenge survives, the appellant may raise that ground in the pending writ petition.
