3. Learned counsel appearing for respondents No.1 and 2 - Municipal Corporation, Raipur, would submit that the Municipal Corporation has decided to withdraw the notice Annexure P-1 dated 6-4-2018 and accordingly, no action is proposed against the petitioner pursuant to the notice dated 6-4-2018.

4. Accordingly, notice Annexure P-1 is permitted to be withdrawn.

5. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of, as no action is proposed to be taken against the petitioner pursuant to the notice Annexure P-1. No order as to cost(s).
