After hearing learned counsel for the applicant, I am of the view that sufficient cause has been shown for non-appearance of the counsel on 08/02/2021, when the Second Appeal was called on for hearing. 5.

Accordingly, prayer for restoration is allowed. S.A.No.112/2011 is restored to its original number for hearing and disposal in accordance with law.. MCC is accordingly disposed off.
