1. The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the Order passed by this Court on 05.09.2018 in WPS No. 6741 of 2008.

2. The respondents entering their appearance have now filed their reply along which the document dated 24.06.2019 (Annexure R-2), whereby the claim of the applicant/petitioner has been duly considered by the respondents and he has been found ineligible for promotion in the year 1995 when his juniors were promoted.

3. Given the fact that, the respondents not took a decision in the light of the direction given by this Court, this Court is of the opinion that the order as such stands complied with. If at all, the petitioner is

-2aggrieved by the subsequent decision dated 24.06.2019, he would be at liberty to challenge the same by way of a fresh petition.
