Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 0 5 /01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is entitled for bonus mark for questions No. 53, 89 & 90, which were asked in All India Bar Examination held on 24.07.2011. He submits that Legal Bonus Committee of Bar Council of India is empowered to decide entitlement of grant of bonus mark.

(2) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make application/ representation before the Legal Bonus Committee of the Bar Council of India within 15 days from today, and on appliation being made, the said Committee shall consider and disposed of the petitioner's application / representation strictly in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order after hearing the affected parties.
