1. Aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents no. 3 & 4 in not taking any decision on the application which the petitioner has submitted for pursuing higher studies i.e. Msc. Nursing, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. According to the petitioner, she is working under the respondents as Staff Nurse since October, 2012, with an intention to attain higher studies the petitioner had applied for admission to the Msc. Nursing Course for the

-2academic session 2021-22 and petitioner has been found eligible for the same and has also been given admission under respondent no.5. However, meanwhile the petitioner since she was an employee under the respondents, she had applied permission to pursue Msc. Nursing Course which till date is pending consideration before respondent no.3 & 4 on account of which the petitioner has not been able to join her course in respect of getting admission as early as in March, 2021.

3. Learned State counsel at this juncture submits that since the application is pending consideration and it appears that it has not been decided, let concerned authorities be directed to take appropriate decision.

4. Given the fact and circumstances of the case, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents no.3 & 4 to take appropriate decision on the application seeking permission for pursuing the Msc. Nursing Course at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days.
