1. The parties, facts and grounds as well as the defence are similar to those contents in Writ Petition (C) No. 1814 of 2016 which has been dealt with

through a separate order today, resulting in the dismissal of the writ petition and thereby negativing the challenge the levied by the writ petitioner. The said order is followed since the issues raised of herein are identical on facts and in law. This writ petition, therefore, also fails.
