This is a petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for modification of the order dated 11.12.2017 passed in M.Cr.C. No.5797 of 2017. 3.

By order dated 11.12.2017, this Court, while granting bail to the applicant, has imposed condition on her to return the entire amount to the victims. The applicant is seeking modification of the said part of the order by exempting her from paying the said amount. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

Accordingly, the Cr.M.P. is dismissed.
