(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits the petitioner has been promoted on the post of Lecturer Hindi vide order dated 09.06.2015 and he has been transferred to Government Higher Secondary School, Borsi yet he has not been

relieved for submitting joining at the transferred place of posting. Against which, the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation before the respondent No.3-District Education Officer, Gariyaband and respondent No.4- The Principal Government Higher Secondary School, Kirwai, District Gariyaband.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) The petitioner is permitted to make a representation before the respondent No.3-District Education Officer, Gariyaband and respondent No.4- The Principal Government Higher Secondary School, Kirwai, District Gariyaband. If such representation is made by the petitioner, the competent authority shall consider and decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner.

(5) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
