1. Heard.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner who is a Principal at Govt. High School, Dedri Block Surajpur has been transferred to Govt. Girls Higher Secondary School, Ramanujganj, Balrampur by order dated 22.05.2020. He would further submit that the petitioner's date of birth is 07.01.1960 as per Aadhaar Card (Annexure P-2) and only one and half years is left to attain the age of superannuation. Therefore, under the circumstances transfer at the fag end of the service will draw unnecessary hardship to the petitioner.
3. Perused the documents and Aadhaar Card of the petitioner (Annexure P-2) which shows the date of birth of the petitioner as 07.01.1960.
4. Considering the fact that only one and half years service is left for the petitioner to attain the age of superannuation, therefore, the petitioner is given liberty to file a representation before the Grievance Redressal Committee within a period of 3 weeks from today. If such representation is filed, it is directed that it shall be decided within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of representation. In the meanwhile, till the representation of the petitioner is decided the transfer in respect of the petitioner shall not be given effect to.
