1. In this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondent No.2 Registrar, Firms & Societies to decide the petitioner's application under Section 32 of the Chhattisgarh Societies Registrikaran Adhiniyam, 1973 (for short 'the Act, 1973').

2. It appears the petitioner has raised a dispute about working/affairs of the Baikunthpur Shiksha Bal Kalyan Samiti by moving an application on 27-12-2014 under Section 32 (2) of the Act, 1973.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit the about one year has elapsed after moving the application, but no proceeding has been drawn by the competent authority, therefore, for the present the petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to decide the dispute at the earliest.

4. In view of the limited relief, at this stage, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that on the application preferred by the petitioner under Section 32 of the Act, 1973 the Registrar shall issue notice to all the contesting parties and decide the dispute, in accordance with law and on its own merits, at the earliest, preferably within a period of six months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order.
