After due consideration and looking to the reasons mentioned in the application, IA No/02/17 is allowed and the delay of 102 days in filing the acquittal appeal is hereby condoned.

Also heard on application for grant of leave to appeal under Section 378(3) of the CrPC.

On due consideration, leave is granted.
