1. The applicant has preferred this bail application under Section 439 of the CrPC, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.327/2020, registered at Police Station Kotwali, District-Korba (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 22 (C) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

2. On going through the bail application, it is manifest that the same is not duly constituted as certified copy of the bail rejection order and duly afÏrmed afÏdavit and signature of authorized agent of the applicant has not been filed.
